Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement announcement changed everything.
In a few months, the Putin-puppet President will control all 3 branches of government and the Republican Party. The prospect that we could lose our Democracy–once the realm of liberal paranoia–is now a distinct, if not likely, possibility.
The general election this November may very well be our last chance to avert catastrophe if we can take back the House and, better yet, take back the Senate, too.
Doing so requires that we up our game. All of us.
No matter how much you have been doing…your nation needs you to do more.
No matter how much you have already given…your nation needs you to give more.
No matter how vocal and outspoken you have been…your nation needs you to roar.
President Obama put it this way:
‘This is a moment of great urgency and you are right to be concerned.
If what you are doing requires no sacrifice at all, then you can do more.
If…you are not pushing yourself hard enough…I would push harder.’
Every generation has its moment. This is ours.
