Public Health Funding Case
D Court grants states’ motion for preliminary injunction against Trump’s cut off of public health funding.
Note that the injunction preserving public health funding is limited to the states bringing the action. PA is part of that only because Governor Shapiro brought the action as Governor, after the newly elected Republican Attorney General, in clear detection of his duties to the people of Pennsylvania, failed to join in the action.
