Jamie Blevins Raign has lived in New Garden all her life. She graduated from Kennett High School, the third generation to do so, after her mother and maternal grandmother. She also has a daughter in the district, who is the class of 2032. She attended the University of Delaware and Wilmington University where she received bachelor’s degrees before becoming the owner of her accounting firm. She volunteers as Treasurer of the New Garden Elementary PTO and as a school board member she will keep Kennett Consolidated a beacon of academic excellence!
